Chief Stew required for 65+m MY. Lovely yacht and charter!

We are looking for an experienced Chief or a candidate with excellent 2nd / HOS experience looking to step up in role.
The successful candidate needs to be good with creativity and a natural interest for design, looking for someone that can be creative with table dec etc
Good with admin side of things and want to share that knowledge
A nurturing Chief Stew will be favoured! Close knit team on board and we want someone that fits in!
Excellent budget on board, including for training
Chartering in the US so B1 is required – not currently there so could perhaps assist with a B1 but favour candidates with it in hand
Salary industry standard + for the right person
Vaccinated candidates only please
