Chief Stew required for 80m new build yacht! Fantastic build joining next year to set up the interior, build your team ahead of a launch end of 2023/early 2024!

US owners that really enjoy yachting! Large family that use the lot a lot and enjoy family time on board. Real love of food and wine, we are looking for a Chief Stew that has a fashion for this too and one that can impart this knowledge to her team.
Service on board is varied between family style & fine dining, depending who is on board. The family are generally pretty healthy but will also have blow out trips so you will need to be able to adapt to this accordingly
Cocktail knowledge is also a must for some trips!
Great owners that are very interactive with the crew. You must understand the line between being their friend and being their Chief Stew! They are quite casual however, you need to be at the top of your game, whilst casual they expect fantastic service
Fantastic opportunity to build your team with the support of the Captain, but you will be given freedom with this. Captain does not want to micro manage
In terms of the set up, you will work with the interior design team to acquire all the interior pieces and you will be responsible for the set up of the crew areas, all pantries and assist with interior decoration
Start date September/October
Salary still being discussed – DOE
Full rotation after launch 2:2
