Chief Stew required for large SY

We are looking for an established Chief Stew to join this beautiful large SY as their new Chief Stew
The yacht has undergone a large refit and you would be joining at the tail end of this refit, yard/refit experience would be beneficial
This will be a hands on Chief Stew role. You will be very involved in service and day to day with the owners
Service on board will be varied but not a huge emphasis on elaborate table decorations etc
Attention to detail is crucial! This is a real focus of the owners and something that must be fostered from the start and then relayed to your team
In the final refit stages you will be instrumental in re-writing SOP, alongside the other Chief Stew. Working closely with her to set up the interior and doing the recruitment
There will be some admin responsibilities within the role as there is no Purser on board
Interior team of 5, maximum 10 guests

Salary DOE 8000-8500+ USD
