We are looking for an established Chief Stew to join this 50m in a Mentor position for the summer!

This is a unique role we are looking to fill! we have a 50m yacht, recently launched that would love to find a Chief Stew to mentor their experience 2nd Stew so that she is ready to take over the role end of Summer 2025
The yacht is both private & charter and the owners are relaxed
The 2nd Stew has a fantastic CV and is very strong in certain areas but would like to learn and grow in others, specifically the charter side of things
We are looking for an ego free Chief Stew that would love the chance to join a yacht with a great team and mentor the 2nd Stew into the finished Chief Stew Article!
You will be hands on and hands off. Supportive and nurturing as well as being able to give constructive criticism in a kind, positive way
There will be charters booked in summer so someone with great experience of all things charter, being creative and cocktails would be amazing
