Chief Stew required for 70m+ MY – Private & charter

We are looking for an experienced Chief Stew to join this busy 75m MY
Candidates will have prior experience as Chief Stew and be able to hit the ground and get the team back into shape ahead of the busy Caribbean season
Good crew on board with good longevity amongst HOD
This is a busy yacht, with around 8 weeks of charter a year and a busy Caribbean season lined up
The role is 70:30 Chief Stew/Purser. When guests are on, it is a very guest facing role, hands on and front of house. Purser admin etc will be done when guests are off
Good crew and a social bunch when they have downtime
Start date is flexible – the yacht is in the yard for the next 2 months, ideally we would like someone to start ASAP then they can go on leave for a month and the crossing re joining in the Caribbean or just start and stay on!
There is a new build yacht launching next year – a support vessel with heaps of toys and you will become the Fleet Chief Stew – overseeing that yacht too (Which will have it's own crew)
Salary 7500 EURO
4:2 rotation
Good training budget
