2nd Stew stepping up in to their first Chief Stew required for this 60+m MY with an interesting itinerary!

We are looking for a strong 2nd, with good longevity on their CV to step up in role and be the Chief Stew on this lovely US owned yacht

You will have a great handover when you join

Whilst your job will be guest facing when guests are on board, you will also take on the Purser role. You don't need to have done the Purser course but you need to be very good on the computer, good with excel etc

The yacht is not very busy so it is the perfect opportunity to take on this leadership role

We would love to find a candidate that is self motivated and enjoys training the team and keeping them interested in quieter times

Interior team of 6 on board and you will be required to recruit a couple more for your interior

Yacht is currently in Mexico and will be heading up West Coast US for a small yard period before heading back down to do Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama

When no guests are on board it is weekends off and the Captain will give 3 day weekends when possible – there is a good focus on work/life balance

Salary 7500 USD
