Chief Stewardess - 33m Private M/Y

Job description

We are seeking a permanent Chief Stewardess to join a 33m Private M/Y based in the Western Mediterranean.

This is a family-orientated vessel, running a busy summer season in the Med.
The ideal candidate will be confident leading the interior, highly organised, and able to provide a high standard of service while maintaining a warm and professional atmosphere on board.
You should have strong experience as a sole or chief stew on similar-sized vessels, with excellent skills in housekeeping, laundry, provisioning, and guest service. A flair for tablescaping, flower arranging, and creative touches will be highly valued.
We are looking for someone positive and proactive, who enjoys being part of a close-knit crew and can take ownership of the interior with pride.
Previous experience as Chief Stew or Sole Stew on yachts 30m+
Strong service, housekeeping, and organisational skills
Fluent in English, additionally speaking Russian is a bonus
Permanent position, full-time contract
Seasonal cruising with long-term owners
A salary of €5,500 - €6,500 is on offer
Start date: Start of September
