Job description

A brand-new 35m private M/Y is preparing to launch and is seeking an experienced, confident Chief Stewardess to lead the interior department from the start.

This is an excellent opportunity to shape a new programme, establish high standards, and build smooth interior operations on a freshly delivered vessel.

The ideal candidate will have solid chief or strong second stew experience on similar-sized yachts, exceptional organisational skills, and a calm, hands-on approach. You should be detail-driven, guest-focused, and capable of managing all aspects of the interior while maintaining a positive and professional onboard environment.
Lead and manage the interior team, ensuring high service and housekeeping standards.
Establish interior procedures, inventories, and organisational systems for a new build.
Oversee provisioning, stock control, budgeting, and interior administration.
Deliver high-end service for owners and guests, adapting to varying service styles.
Maintain excellent communication with the captain and heads of department.
Ensure crew areas remain clean, organised, and well-presented.
Train and mentor junior interior crew to maintain consistent standards.
Coordinate guest activities, cabin preparation, and laundry operations.
Uphold safety procedures and support all onboard drills and operations.
A package of €5,500 and 45 days leave is on offer (Salary to be reviewed after a probationary period)
