My client is ideally looking for a candidate with previous Chief Stew experience and 4 to 5 years in the industry who is happy to join a well established programme.
Your role will consist of leading a team of 2 girls beneath you, managing the boats accounts, liaising with charter brokers and guests, leading service, creating and delegating worklists and leading from the front always helping out your team & crew wherever needed.
With a dual season cruising itinerary you would be starting in the Med for a busy charter season ahead, with charters already booked for the summer.
The yacht has a close-knit, family feel crew onboard with a mix of nationalities who all like to hang out together but aren’t big partiers. They are into fitness, dock BBQ’s and exploring together.
It has lovely US owners who are generous towards the crew offering a bonus scheme and 13th month salary.
The HOD’s onboard have excellent longevity and are great peers to learn from, leading from the front and striving for a happy crew culture onboard so they are looking for a Chief Stewardess with the same outlook and drive.
Offering a time for time rotation of 60 days/ 60 days
Salary: 5500 + DOE
