Chief Stewardess needed for 95m private/ charter MY

Our client is looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess with proven longevity and ‘big boat’ experience to join this exciting 95m, dual season, private/charter vessel that has new owners.
Candidates must have Chief Stewardess experience, ideally for 2 years, and around 5 years experience in the industry previously. Ideally on boats 85m+ and be able to lead their team from the front, passionate about training and working as a team.
The ideal candidate will be easy-going yet career driven, able to be adaptable and go with the flow. As the vessel has new owners there is a lot to be decided and organised – someone who is able to remain calm in high pressure situations and see the bigger picture.
This role will include admin duties such as writing templates, and schedules, dealing with contractors, ordering, and provisions. You will also be very hands-on with the team, and happy to also provide training and guidance.
This will be a busy chartering programme so would be best suited to someone who is ready to hit the ground running and understands the demands of a charter boat.
The vessel will be crossing the Atlantic in mid-November, so a B1b2 visa would be beneficial.
The vessel has recently undergone a large refit period, the crew areas and facilities are 5-star, including an extensive crew gym and a crew lounge with wide screen TV and sofas.
They are looking for calm, level-headed and down-to-earth candidates, crew culture is a big priority and they want a happy and harmonious vibe onboard.

Salary: 7000 USD
Leave: time for time TBC (either 8:8 or 10:10)
