Chief Stewardess - Private 35m Motor Yacht (Med Based)

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and polished Chief Stewardess to join a private 35m M/Y, Med based, with lovely owners and a professional, well-run program.

This is a hands-on role suited to a confident Chief Stew who enjoys setting high standards, leading by example, and delivering seamless service in a private environment.
Oversee all interior operations to an exceptional standard
You will be part of an interior team of 2 throughout the season
Deliver warm, intuitive, and detail-driven guest service
The owners like fine wines. So, having good wine knowledge or WSET level 2+ will enhance your application.
Manage inventories, provisioning, uniforms, and interior budgets
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation throughout the yacht
Work closely with the Captain and Chef to ensure smooth daily operations
Proven experience as Chief Stewardess on similar sized yachts
Strong service skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident leadership and clear communication skills
Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
Med based private program
A package of €5,500 with 60 days leave is on offer
Start date ASAP / flexible for the right candidate
