Chief Stewardess

Job description

We are a 90m Motor Yacht seeking a Chief Stewardess with experience on a similar-sized vessel to join our fabulous team of 20. The yacht operates dual season with both private and charter use (more charter than private).

**Female only due to cabin arrangements**

Currently located in the Caribbean and will be crossing back to Europe next month for a short yard period before a busy Med season.

Great mix of crew on board who enjoy doing activities together such as hiking, kitesurfing and, of course, sampling the best local cuisine wherever we are!

This is a managerial role leading an interior team of 5 alongside the Second Stew. Candidate must have experience in a senior position on board a 60+m.

Qualifications required:
- STCW (refreshers if necessary)
- ENG1 (min. 3 months validity)
- Passport (min. 6 months validity)
- PDSD
- Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
- Food Hygiene Level 2
- Covid vaccinated (or willing)
- Additional interior qualifications beneficial

Skillset required:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Barista, cocktail making and meal service skills (incl. silver service and informal)
- Natural team leader
- True team player (willing to jump in and help the team as needed)
- Good work ethic
- Professionalism
- Positive attitude

The package:
- 46 days leave + an additional 10 days assigned to educational courses
- Full medical insurance
- 1 return flight p/annum
- All charter gratuities split evenly

We are a successful charter boat offering high-end service with regular repeat charterers. As the Chief Stewardess on board you will be expected to maintain this current standard as well as bringing in positive energy and new ideas, and becoming part of the close-knit crew.
