Crew Coordinator

Job description

Wilsonhalligan are looking for a Crew Coordinator to join an established, industry leading Yacht Management Company based in the Middle East.

The ideal candidate will:
- be responsible for the overall recruitment process for all crew members working onboard
- be working closely with Crewing Superintendent, Fleet Crew Manager and Onboard Management team to develop and implement effective recruitment practices, policies, and procedures to the support and develop high performing teams.
