Deck Stew / Chase Boat / Dual Season

A New Build Chase Boat is looking for a Deck / Stew to join them by the end of August.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone career-driven with a genuine interest in a hybrid role with an exciting Dual-Season itinerary!

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in the industry, with experience working on both Deck and in the Interior.

The role is split 80% Deck and 20% Stew, so having your YMO in hand would be hugely favourable, however having the right attitude and enthusiasm to working towards your YMO would also hugely support your application – character is key on this one!

The captain onboard is pro-active when it comes to training and development and will encourage drive time during long passages.

The vessel is part of a heavy watersports programme, so having an interest in Kitesurfing / Diving, or any other watersport would be hugely appealing!

The package includes a generous salary DOE with 60 days leave, rising to 90 after probation. The programme also offers an excellent bonus scheme and training budget.
