Deckhand - 100m+ Private/Charter - Dual Season

100m+ Dual season busy Private/Charter yacht are looking for a Deckhand to join them ASAP.

This is a busy yacht that has just come off the back of a successful summer season, with back-to-back trips.

The vessel has plans to head over to the Caribbean for winter, or go to the Red Sea, with plenty of charters expected.

They are looking for someone with 1 year+ of experience with demonstratable longevity being important. They would consider someone with 6 months+ of yachting experience if you have a strong additional skill such as; carpentry, scuba diving, PT etc.

If you have experience on large yachts and/ or on charter vessels, this would be extremely advantageous along with good tender driving skills.

There is a fantastic crew onboard who all gel well with great longevity across departments. There is a strong training culture onboard with HOD's focussing on crew progression.

Salary from 2700-3200 Euros DOE along with 60 days leave per year. The yacht ran an extensive charter season and the crew made some substantial tips.
