Deckhand - 40m - Charter Motor Yacht (Dual Season)

Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Deckhand to join a busy 40m private/charter M/Y operating a dual season itinerary.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build solid experience on a well-run charter vessel with an active program.
First time owners with some great cruising plans ahead
Previous experience on yachts preferred, but strong candidates with relevant maritime or watersports backgrounds will be considered
Yachtmaster Offshore or in progress is an advantage
Solid line handling, washdowns, and general deck maintenance skills
Confident assisting with anchoring, docking, and watchkeeping
Guest-focused with a professional and friendly manner during charters
Watersports experience is a plus (tenders, toys, jet skis, snorkeling, etc.)
B1/B2 is essential
A package of $3k-$5k DOE with 60 days leave is on offer

Training budget available
Start date: Flexible between mid Feb - mid March
