A well-established 45m charter M/Y is seeking an experienced and motivated Deckhand.

This is a dual-season vessel with a consistently busy program, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced guest environment and an active role on deck.
Minimum of 1 year of experience
The crew are a fit and active crew, when off the boat
Confident tender driving skills and confidence with guest operations
Good knowledge of deck maintenance, watersports setups, and daily exterior routines
Professional, friendly, and comfortable interacting with charter guests
Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
PWC Instructor, diving, or watersports qualifications are an advantage
Busy charter schedule with strong tips
Supportive, experienced crew and an upbeat onboard culture
Great opportunity to develop skills on a well-run vessel
B1/B2 is essential
a package of $4,000 with 45 days leave is on offer
Start date: ASAP
