A 75m Private World Cruising M/Y is looking for a Deckhand to join them in the new year.

This is an incredible opportunity to join a fantastic programme, with an incredible reputation and extensive training culture onboard.

Personality is key for this position, their ideal crew member will be someone driven, self-motivated and eager to learn. Someone that’s keen to jump onto an excellent programme and offer longevity!

You’ll ideally have an additional skill of some kind, being a trained Carpenter, PT or Videographer would really help your CV stand-out, however this is not essential.

The vessel offers a fantastic working environment with an exciting itinerary planned for 2025. The HOD's are very pro-active and supportive when it comes to training with lots of tender and bridge time!

The crew are all fit and active and like to socialise together with a big team ethos onboard! There is a great watersports culture amongst the crew along with a crew gym!

On offer is a salary of €3,000 on a 5:1 rotation along with an excellent training allowance and a discretionary 13th month bonus.
