Job description

A busy, fast-paced 60m private/charter M/Y is looking for an experienced Deckhand to join them in the New Year.
This is an incredible opportunity to join an exciting dual-season programme, with an off-the-beaten-track itinerary with future cruising plans around Central America.
They are looking for a candidate with ideally 2 years of solid experience and their YMO, someone who can come onboard and hit the ground running.
Any additional skills will be hugely favoured, such as Drone Pilot, DJ, Musician or Watersports Instructor.
The HODs have created a healthy crew environment with proven longevity amongst the team.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player, have a positive attitude and be able to keep up with the banter on deck – character is key on this one!
Due to the vessel's itinerary, only candidates with a B1B2 can be considered.
The yacht offers a very generous training allowance along with a senior team that encourages training and progression with excellent opportunities onboard.
On offer is a salary of €3,000 along with 90 days' leave and an equal split of tips.
Male only due to cabin arrangements.
