80m Dual season Private motor yacht are looking for an experienced Deckhand to join them 11th-13th February 2026 – please do not apply if you are unable to join on these dates


We are looking for an experienced deckhand who has 18+ months experience, good longevity and can be a solid reliable go to guy when it comes to tender driving and guest operations – prop and jet drive experience preferred


Yachtmaster and B1/B2 Visa essential


Great crew, excellent HODS and lovely owners with steady usage across both seasons


Cruising Med/Caribbean with plenty of sea time across both seasons


They run extensive tender operations, watersports and with lots of guest movements. They need someone reliable, hard working and a mentor and good role model to the junior members of the deck team


No visible tattoos please


On offer is a salary of 3500 Euros, 3:1 rotation, discretionary yearly bonus, training allowance and excellent crew facilities and budgets onboard in a nice working environment
