60ft+ Luxury Catamaran Seeking an Elite Sole Chef with Michelin & Charter Experience

We’re searching for an exceptional Sole Chef to join a high-end charter catamaran cruising the Caribbean. This is not just a job – it's a lifestyle.
Are you a culinary artist with Michelin-level flair and the adaptability of a seasoned charter professional? Ready to trade the city skyline for turquoise waters and golden sunsets?
Michelin background with a strong foundation in fine dining techniques
Proven experience in luxury yacht or charter settings – confident provisioning, plating, and guest interaction
Ability to create diverse, beautifully presented menus tailored to guest preferences (dietary needs, themes, etc.)
Organised, self-sufficient, and able to thrive in a dynamic sole-chef environment
Passionate about fresh, local ingredients and innovative cuisine
60-80ft luxury catamaran, fully crewed
Busy high-end Charter program with the occasional Private owner/guest trips
You will need to hold a B1/B2
Amazing crew culture & respectful working environment
A package of $4,000 – $5,000 is on offer DOE, plus Charter tips!

Start date: November 1st! This position will suit someone who is about to do a Med Season and is looking to secure a position for the Caribbean season!
