Experienced Chief Stewardess needed for 130m+ new build private M/Y

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Chief Stewardess to join this exciting new build project at the end of their yard period.
Candidates must have at least 2 years + Chief Stewardess experience on the same vessel, 90m +.
This is a high-profile new build due to leave the yard in Europe in November and will be dual season cruising when operational.
With an interior team of 19/20 at any one time, it runs with an Interior Manager, Chief Stewardess, Head of Service and Head of House – there is a lot of support and teamwork within the team so would suit someone who enjoys working as a larger team who is a hands-on leader.
The Chief Stewardess’ duties will consist of managing the interior team & admin duties such as; ordering, procurement, liaising with contractors, budgeting & accounting as well as writing job lists, and schedules and hiring the interior team. It is important that candidates have had prior experience in all these areas.
Candidates must have a passion for service and guest interaction, be able to assist with operations and be hands-on with the interior team and their development and training.
The crew onboard are happy and harmonious, all learning from one another. A happy, positive and eager candidate would be the best fit. Someone who leads from the front and is excited to join such a brilliant project!
