Experienced Head of Housekeeping needed for 85m Private/ Charter MY with 2:2 rotation

Description

My client is looking for a HOH with at least 4 years’ experience in yachting, a passion for housekeeping and a charismatic, hardworking leader.
This is an excellent, busy charter yacht with back to back charters already booked for the summer season, tips are split evenly between the crew.
Duties will include overseeing the high housekeeping standard of the guest interior and crew areas, managing a team of housekeeping stews beneath you, writing and delegating job lists, admin duties, being hands on with the girls and assisting the Chief Stewardess.
There is excellent crew longevity onboard, with the previous HOH haven been onboard for 7 years. They are looking for someone career-minded who will commit to the vessel.
This is a very busy programme so they are looking for someone with an enthusiastic and positive attitude able to keep moral up during busy times.
The position would start in the Med however the vessel cruises worldwide; Egypt, Dubai Maldives being favorites.
There is a friendly, close-knit, sociable and active crew onboard who respect and enjoy each other’s company onboard so looking for someone to fit in with a like-minded outlook.
Salary on offer is DOE to be discussed at interview stage, industry standard +
2:2 rotation
