Job description
Viking crew is searching for an experienced Sous Chef for a 100 meter + private motor yacht.
Start Date: Beginning of February 2025
Package on offer: 2:2 rotation - salary DOE
Duties & responsibilities:
This role involves assisting the Senior Chefs in delivering exceptional meals, maintaining galley cleanliness, and managing food safety standards. Requirements:
Previous Sous Chef experience, preferably in yachting or luxury hospitality.
Strong leadership, organisational skills, and food safety knowledge.
Pastry and bread baking experience is a bonus!
Qualifications needed: STCW Basic Training, ENG1, Food Safety Level 2, Ship's Cook Certificate
