Experienced Stewardess needed for 75m private/ charter worldwide cruising MY
Posted on 11 Oct 2023 by Quay Crew
Job description
Our client is looking an experienced stewardess with at least a years experience for this exciting worldwide cruising, busy vessel.
This is a worldwide cruising vessel, currently doing a short yard period in Europe that has recently returned from the Arctic and Greenland and with plans to cruise South America, Brazil and the Galapagos.
Candidates must have experience rotating in all areas of the interior and be true team players.
The owners, from North America, use the vessel extensively and are into parties and events! They love a theme night, big gala dinners and elaborate service styles. This is a busy programme, as when not used by the owner they also charter (approx. 2/3 charters a year). It is fast-paced, so they need someone who is able to meet these demands!
The interior is made of a team of 7, of varying nationalities and backgrounds. They all work together as a team and get along! The Chief Stewardess who is new would like to create a happy, hard-working team.
The crew culture onboard is easy-going and friendly, and the captains are passionate about team bonding and crew activities. Recently they have been bowling, go-karting and pain-balling all together. They are not a big party vessel but are a social bunch. They also have a fantastic gym set up for the crew and often go on early morning runs together! Someone with similar interests would be the best fit.
