Female Deckhand - 40m MY - New Build - Med-Based

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated female Deckhand to join a 40m new-build M/Y, operating in the Mediterranean.

The vessel is privately owned by experienced yacht owners who value professionalism, attention to detail and a well-run program.
Opportunity to grow with a new-build yacht and long-term owners
This is an excellent opportunity to be the launch of the yachts first season
Assisting with all deck operations, including docking, anchoring and line handling
Daily exterior cleaning and maintenance to a high standard
Washdowns, polishing, varnish and general upkeep of all exterior areas
Supporting tender operations and watersports as required
Assisting with safety drills and maintaining safety equipment
Working closely with the deck team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
You will have previous experience as a Deckhand on yachts 35m+
Strong work ethic and a proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to work well within a team and take direction
Yacht rating preferred
Due to cabin arrangements, we are looking for a female only
A package of €3,500 with 45 days leave is on offer
