Head Chef - 100m - Rotational - Single Cabin 2:2

We have a brilliant 100m private motor yacht looking for a rotational head chef.
2:2 rotation and single cabin. – Incredibly professionally run yacht with solid longevity from HODs.
Upfront owners who enjoy simple food done well. To be clear, we are not looking for a chef who is passionate about fine plating and molecular style cuisine. The owners are failry set in their ways and know what they want.
A no nonsense, no big ego chef would fit in well with this very close-knit crew onboard. We need someone who is happy to get stuck in with crew food also.
3 chefs in the galley.
The owners love coming into the galley also and they like the chef to present their menu and involve them. You must be confident in front of guests.
We need a chef who is confident in their ability with the administrative side of things. The yacht is very busy and there is a lot of admin that needs to be performed regularly to very high standards.
The yacht is couple friendly but to be clear this is not a couples position.
Due to the single cabin for the head chef, this position is open to both male and female candidates.
We are looking for a chef with culinary training and ideally 2 years plus experience as head chef onboard a yacht over 80m.
A Ships Cook certificate is essential for this role, unless you have culinary training, in which case, an endorsement can be carried out.
Candidates with a B1B2 visa in hand will be highly preferred.
On offer is full rotation & $10,000 per month.
The start date for this role is around the 20th March.
