Head / Executive Chef required for this exceptional 100m MY
We are looking for a Head Chef to join this fantastic 100m towards the end of the year
On board, you will run the galley along with the owners Culinary Director who oversees all houses, planes, yachts etc You will run your galley professionally and adapt to the owners needs.
On occasion you will be joined in the galley by the owners travelling Chefs so you will be adaptable to this and be happy collaborating with them and sharing the galley space. There is no space for egos on board!
The food is a large part of the owners enjoyment on board and there is a heavy emphasis put on the presentation as well as taste of course
The owner prefers to eat small plates, whether this is served in a Tapas style or more as a tasting menu depends on who is on board
They enjoy varied food, so you will have a good repertoire up your sleeve and be able to turn your hand to most things
Very good longevity in the Galley and across the yacht so lots of information about the owner and likes and dislikes etc
Can be small numbers on board and anything up to 18 for service

13th month after 1 year, going up over time
2:2 rotation
