Head Chef - 50m private - Fantastic salary and cruising itinerary

Job description

We have a 50m private yacht in need of an experienced head chef immediately.

Reputable yacht with solid longevity from HODs onboard. Lovely owners too, very respectful and experienced in yacht ownership.
The yacht is currently in Northern Europe and will be cruising to some exciting spots locally.
We are looking for a chef who takes pride in their presentation. This is very important to the owners. They like to be impressed! They enjoy most the fresh Med style cuisine and would like to find a chef who enjoys visiting local markets and using local produce.
We need a confident chef who is happy to have guests popping in and out of the galley throughout the day.
There is a nice crew dynamic onboard currently and the captain does not want this disrupted. On that basis, we are looking for an easy going chef who is a team player.
The package on offer is $12,000 + 90 days of leave. There is a bonus scheme in place too.
The season is underway so the earlier you can start the better!
