On the lookout for a Head Chef to join a 60m Private yacht!

A real fantastic opportunity for someone with the upcoming launch of a new vessel in the program, so there will be exciting opportunities for advancement and internal promotion within!
They will be looking to trial candidates on land for a few days.
Looking for someone who is able to create Michelin-Style food but also able to tone it down and create a nice family style dinner
Lots of light, healthy and fresh meals, presentation isn't super important when it's just the family on board but you will have the ability to really ramp it up when they have high-profile guests on.
They like to entertain a fair bit with friends!
The ideal candidate will be someone who is active, genuinely happy to be a chef and progress within the industry! The owner wants to create a solid team with a happy work environment.
Dual season cruising - €10,000 - leave is to be discussed with the captain but they are looking to implement full rotation.
