Head Chef - 70m - 2:2 Rotation

Job description

Rotational Head Chef required for high profile 70m motor yacht.
We are looking for a well established female Head Chef to join this lovely motor yacht.
Dual season yacht.
Candidates will need to have strong yacht experience and a real passion for home cooked food.
You will be required to do homemade breads, cakes etc. daily.
You will liaise with the owners daily in regards to their food preferences.
They like to see fresh, seasonal produce used.
There is a Sous Chef on board too that has an excellent restaurant background.
Lots of events on board so you must be organised and capable of feeding large numbers!
Excellent crew onboard with very good longevity.
Really fantastic Captains who have been with the program for several years.
Good training budget.
Shared cabin – female only.
February start date.
2:2 rotation.
Salary DOE – €7,500 EURO +/-.
