Head Chef - 70m Private/Charter - Time for Time role 10:10

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join a 70m motor yacht within the next two weeks to align with rotations.

There is an upcoming charter so ideally you will be available from early March to allow time for a proper handover with the other Head Chef.
Great crew onboard, they are now looking for the final piece of the galley team!
The yacht is dual season with usual cruising being between the Med and Caribbean.
We need a Chef with a proven history as a Head Chef, ideally on charter yachts. This said, you will have a good knowledge of a range of cuisines and dietaries including gluten-free baking.
Crew of 20+, with a Sous Chef in the galley too. They are looking for a Head Chef who will nurture her and create a positive working environment.
You will have to have your Ships Cook certificate in hand already as well as your B1B2.
10:10 rotation on offer.
The salary will most likely sit around $7,500, plus equal share of charter tips.
Own cabin when guest off/on most charters.
Start date will be asap.
