Head Chef - 80m Charter - Rotation

Job description

Calling all experienced large yacht charter chefs. We have an 80m busy yacht looking for a rotational head chef to join the galley team of 3 onboard.

This yacht operates a busy dual season and charters for a few months in the Med every year.

On offer is a 2:2 rotation.

Fantastic longevity from the HODs onboard.

For the majority of the time onboard you will have your own cabin but there might be the odd day here or there that you will have to share with another crewmember.

Experience is a must here, the programme onboard is busy and it’s not uncommon that large parties and events are hosted onboard the yacht. The nature of this creates an exciting atmosphere in the galley.

Great longevity from senior HODs onboard and this boat rewards longevity.

The salary on offer is €9,500 + an even split of charter tips.

You must have your Ships Cook certificate in hand.

Ideally, they want the head chef to start around the middle of August.
