Job description
Head Chef & Experienced Stew /Chief Stew required for this small fleet of yachts.
We are looking for a Head Chef & Stew / Chief Stew team to join this small fleet of yachts in an unusual position which will see them work mainly on land, with occasional time on board.
The successful candidates will fly to the yachts destination and work in the villa catering for guests as they go to and from the yacht.
You may be required to go on board too on occasion but the reality is, this will see you working around 2 weeks in every 6 weeks.
Fantastic perks with this fleet, including full rotation as well as business class flights amongst other things!
This is a brilliant fleet but we are looking for candidates that are flexible and happy to go with the flow but have a work hard attitude!
Food is varied – sometimes buffet, sometimes plated – pretty much left to the chefs discretion.
Stew will be experienced across all departments and be happy turning their hand to hk & laundry as well as service.
We will consider a temp couple for Jan/Feb or see it as a trial.
Salary – DOE +/- 8-10K for Head Chef, 4500-6500 +/- for Stew /Chief Stew.
