Head Chef needed on a 115m+ Private/Charter

Big role on the boat - lots of eating spaces and the culinary side is a big seller!
AS this is charter, you will need to be able to turn your hand to most things
Ideally experienced as a pastry chef, lots of tasting menus and plated courses
Looking for chefs who like to upskill on their time - whether this be staging or something in particular you know you need some work on
The yacht is happy to contribute to further personal development (to be discussed)
You will be joining a collaborative galley team of 5 chefs
