Head Chef required for 70+m MY

We are looking for an established Head Chef to join this lovely 70+m MY in the coming month
Private yacht with a very heavy emphasis on food and service
Candidates MUST have:
Experience in authentic Italian cuisine
Other European cuisines – emphasis on bright, fresh flavours
The owners want to find a Head Chef that is passionate & that cares where their food has come from. Someone that wants to source local Olive Oil and enjoys the fresh markets as opposed to always using provisioners
Plated service is a must so you must be confident in elegant plating
Boss on – food can sometimes be 1 course, with friends & family it will a bigger event
Excellent Chief Stew on board
Salary DOE 8000-8500 EURO
