Head Chef / Unique Fleet / Full Rotation 2:2

Job description

Head Chef required to work on a 70 metre M/Y vessel within a unique private fleet.

-We are looking for a Head Chef to join next month, the program has a really interesting itinerary and will go off of the beaten track.

-We are looking for an established Chef that have fantastic land-based (Michelin) experience as well as some yacht experience to join. A very high-end restaurant background is highly desirable.

-The yacht is looking for someone flexible, adaptable and with no ego! The yacht has a slightly unusual set up so we need candidates to be flexible with the overall goal of working as a solid team to produce the best food possible for the guests.

-You will work within a larger fleet team, sometimes with 2 or 3 Head Chefs in the galley.

-World cruising and offering 2:2 rotation, you may be required to work/cook on different yachts in the fleet if needed – whilst sticking to your 2:2.

-Excellent opportunity to be creative with the owners enjoying tasting menus to themed nights.

-Incredible package and salary on offer – to be discussed at interview but very competitive.

-Start will be at the end of July to slot into the current rotation system.

-Shared cabin – most of the time.
