Head of Housekeeping for 95m+ high profile busy charter MY

Our client is looking for an experienced Head of Housekeeping with proven longevity and ‘big boat’ experience to join this exciting 95m, dual season, heavy charter vessel that has new owners.
Candidates must have been Head of Housekeeping previously, ideally on boats 85m+ and be able to lead their team from the front.
This role will include admin duties such as ordering, creating SOP’s, managing inventories and procuring and distributing uniform. You will also be very hands on with the team, nd happy to get stuck into jobs and not just delegate.
This will be a busy, heavily chartering programme so would be best suited to someone who is ready to hit the ground running and understands the demands of a charter boat. That being said, the tip-earning potential is huge!! Historically the crew have done very well!
The vessel will be crossing the Atlantic in mid-November, so a B1b2 visa would be beneficial.
The vessel has recently undergone a large refit period, the crew areas and facilities are 5-star, including an extensive crew gym and a crew lounge with wide screen TV and sofas.
They are looking for calm, level-headed and down-to-earth candidates, crew culture is a big priority and they want a happy and harmonious vibe onboard.
Start date: ASAP
Salary: TBC dependent on experience, industry standard + USD
Leave: time for time TBC (either 8:8 or 10:10)
