Head of Service for 100M+ support vessel

Viking Crew is looking for a Head of Service (Assistant Restaurant Manager) for a 100M+ support vessel to a large fleet.

Candidates should have previous experience onboard high end cruise ships as Assistant Restaurant Manager or a similar rank. Proven experience in leading large teams and dealing with large volume operations.

Start date: ASAP

Itinerary: Middle East - TBC

Package on offer: EUR salary - time for time rotation (flexible)

Female candidates only due to shared cabin arrangements onboard - Fluent English speaker
