Head of Service required for 100+m MY

We are looking for a HOS to join this beautiful, world cruising yacht
Candidates will have held a Senior Stew role prior and be passionate about service
The family aren't in to elaborate table scaping, more simple, elegant service. Sometimes this might be family style, sometimes formal
There are lots of different sets of crockery though, so need someone organised and switched on!
Busy schedule so a motivated candidate and one that is passionate about keeping their team motivated
