HOS required for this 85+m MY

We are looking for an experienced HOS or Chief Stew to join this lovely private MY as HOS
Unique set up on board with no Chief Stew, the interior is run by the HOS & the HOH.
You will oversee your service team and manage all work lists on a day to day basis
Boss on you will lead all service and deal directly with the galley ensuring the Boss's needs are met
Wine & good cocktail knowledge is required
The owner enjoys table scaping so creativity also required!
When it's just the family on board, service can be family style but when they are hosting, we need someone able to up the service levels
Start in the coming few weeks
2:2 – flexible to the Boss and their movements
Salary 6500 USD
