Laundry Stew needed for 70m+ private/ charter MY.
Our client is looking for a strong laundry and housekeeping steward to join this private/charter 75M vessel.
Candidates must have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
This is a dual season yacht with a really exciting itinerary, they are currently in South East Asia!
Must have exceptional knowledge of laundry care, industrial machines, steam irons and rollers.
Must have a very good knowledge of the workings of the interior department and be willing and able to rotate through housekeeping.
Wardrobe management is a must as you will be responsible for managing the Owner’s wardrobe, inventories, packing / unpacking and be meticulous with their laundry procedures and laundering delicate garments.
Excellent housekeeping skills, attention to detail and an exceptional eye for cleanliness.
A well-presented candidate with a positive attitude and bright, outgoing personality. A self-starter and motivated worker able to use initiative and follow instructions.
Ready to join an established team that has an energetic and positive dynamic.
Charter experience a bonus as the vessel charters occasionally.
Leave: 90 days (as close to 3:1 as possible, guest movements allowing).
