Lead Deckhand - 65m Private - Single/Dual Season

Job description

Lead Deckhand required for a 65m Private M/Y currently in the Mediterranean, with a 1st February start date.
The boat is currently residing in the South of France and will be heading off on a 2 month Arctic trip early next year, where they'll then be returning for a busy Med summer season.
This is a great opportunity for someone to build up their career in a position of seniority and generate solid sea time with a friendly and generous owner.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience within the industry and capable of running a team effectively and with confidence.
Prior experience leading a team would be highly advantageous.
There is a great crew onboard who are all sporty and work well together, with great longevity across departments.
Male only due to cabin arrangements.
On offer is a salary of €4,000 EUR with 45 days leave, alongside additional bonuses and training schemes.
