Lead Deckhand required for a 70m+ Dual Season Private vessel with an ASAP start date. Some flexibility on the start date for the right candidate.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professionally run programme with a great owner who looks after the crew really well, with impressive longevity onboard.
They operate a family orientated programme onboard with deckhands getting involved in all operations onboard. This is to include tender driving and watersports.
Currently located in the Med, the vessel has just come out of a short yard period, where they will be preparing for a busy Med season in a favourable city within Europe.
They are looking for a candidate who is driven, switched-on, personable and eager to take the next step in their career. You will be leading the team from the front, whilst also taking over as relief Bosun when they are off.
You must have at least 2 years of experience within the industry, alongside consistent longevity with your previous vessels.
A Yachtmaster would be ideal however not essential.
Due to cabin arrangements this position is open to Male candidates only.
On offer is a competitive salary of €3,500 alongside a 5:1 rotation.
