A 70m Private Motor Yacht is looking for a Lead Deckhand to join them ASAP.


This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to step-up into a Lead Deckhand position, with excellent HOD’s and a strong senior team.


The crew dynamic is fantastic onboard and they are looking for someone personable, active, and down to earth to fit in smoothly.


Ideally you would have 2 years’ experience within the industry, however candidates with less experience that also have a strong trade background may also be considered.


Having your YMO in hand would be hugely beneficial, along with any other additional skills such as watersports and carpentry.


Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements. Candidates already located in Europe will have an advantage.


On offer is a package of $4,000 USD along with 30 days leave and an attractive training allowance.
