Description

Lead Deckhand required for a 90m+ Private Dual Season MY, with an ASAP start date.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a prestigious vessel with a busy summer itinerary.


They are looking for an experienced Lead Deckhand, ideally someone who has a goal of becoming a Bosun in the near future.


They will be stepping up into relief Bosun at times and will be running a deck team of 5 crew.


They have experienced HOD's onboard and have created a positive training culture, investing time in their crew.


They are looking for someone who is driven and focused on bettering themselves in their career, someone who is eager to learn and work hard.


You will need to be a strong tender driver and be someone who can lead a team with confidence.

To be considerate for the role you must have at least 2-3 years' experience, with some experience on a vessel larger than 50m.

A Yachtmaster is essential for the role, you'll ideally be on the way to completing some OOW modules.

Male only due to cabin arrangements.

On offer is a salary of €3,500-3,750 EUR with a package of 90 days leave. Training allowances also included.
