Lead HK required for 80m MY

We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years in yachting, preferably 3 and a real passion for HK
Happy to have a candidate stepping up into a role with more responsibility
The yacht is dual season and will be heading to the Caribbean for Winter
You will oversee the HK team and laundry
Some admin responsibilities but this is a hands on role with you being on the floor and getting stuck in with the team
Looking for a kind, nurturing leader and someone that leads by example
Salary DOE - 4000 EUR
