Lead Hk required to join this well established, dual season 70+m MY

We are looking for an experienced HK to join this yacht in a Lead position. you will be overseeing an additional 2 Stews within your role and you will work with the 2nd Stew & Chief Stew
The successful candidate will have a couple of years experience as a HK, preferably on a large yacht with some exposure to leading a small team
This is a hands on role and whilst there might be a little bit of admin, it is not an office HOH job
Good owners who like to be on board and in season they can be on a lot although often just Sir & Madam
You will additionally have experience in inventories, hk products and a good grasp of laundry although laundry is a separate department in itself
The owners do have specific demands in the HK department, so you will be a good listener and be able to guide/teach the other Stews with this
Dual season yacht, currently in the Med
