Lead Housekeeper needed for 120+m Private MY located in Europe

This is a lead housekeeping role that will dip into the HOH role and potentially transition into the role fully at a later stage
This is an excellent opportunity for a solid housekeeping stew from a similar-sized vessel to take on more responsibility and is ready for the step-up
The position will be very hands-on and they are looking for confidence in leading the team, managing the checklists, and delegating the jobs whilst the HOH is overseeing things
The HOH role is very admin-heavy so you will be relied on to run the floor

Salary is 3750 EUROS with annual pay reviews
