Mixologist / Service Stew required for this very busy 90+m MY

We are looking for a confident service stew that has a real flair for cocktails/bartending and being creative.
Looking for solid mixology knowledge and experience working behind a bar handling a large number of cocktail orders to a high standard
This role is very guest-facing, and the vessel has large parties/events, they are looking for someone who can keep their cool behind the bar, engage in conversation and have that big smiley service
Experience in table décor, theme nights and dressed cocktail hours would be a huge bonus but the Chief will be happy to teach this
Very busy yacht with owners and charters booked
American owners who are lovely and can be reasonably casual on board so need to be adaptable to them and charters who like to mix it up
Yacht is based in Miami and will be heading back to the Med imminently – you will join in Europe towards the end of May
Yacht will assist with your B1
Crew are an active bunch that enjoy going to the gym and doing activities as well as enjoying a beer. There is a crew gym on board
You must be prepared to work hard and have a busy season!
Start ASAP
You will manage the salon on board too although the hairdressing will be a small part of your role.
Salary DOE 3500 USD – 3800 USD
90 days leave
